As Director of Client Relations, Lauren Berliner is responsible for onboarding new investors and managing the needs of existing investors. As a liaison between investor and numerous third parties, Lauren navigates FCMs and large banks to accommodate the needs of high net worth investors and complex institutional investor structures. Lauren takes pride in researching ways to modernize the onboarding process with the integration of new technologies while developing systematic methods to identify potential issues and create solutions. She has a keen awareness of how her fellow employees are doing, the pulse of CTAs and vendors we deal with, and most importantly – of client needs.
