Roger Welp works on the 24 hour desk of RCM Alternatives as a Director, building out the 24 desk operations. From the floor of the grains pits, to Dow futures, to running trading operations of a CTA, Roger has worn many hats through with 18 years of trading experience. If you’re Boilermakers fan, Welp’s name might be familiar, as he used to play defensive back.
