24-HR Trade Desk Clerk
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overnight Futures Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge and experience in the Futures/Trading industries with a minimum of 4 years of institutional desk experience.
Responsibilities:
• Execute trades on multiple trading platforms with accuracy and speed (Bloomberg experience preferred).
• Provide exceptional trade execution and convey in-depth product knowledge to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Resolve trade issues between the back office and clients.
• Understand the global financial markets, futures products, and options on futures.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as necessary.
Qualifications for 24-HR Trade Desk Clerk:
- • Electronic Trading Systems knowledge required – TT, CQG, Bloomberg EMSX.• Excel proficiency required.
• Extensive electronic execution experience required.
• Knowledge of grains, financials, and foreign markets required.
• Series 3 registration, or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and clients.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Shift Details:
• Overnight shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:30 pm – 8:00 am.
Ability to commute/relocate: • Chicago, IL 60606: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced strategic marketer responsible for executing complex multi-channel marketing efforts to expand the company’s brand, lead generation, and thought leadership. Major areas of accountability involve content creation and distribution, CRM and list management, KPI identification, measurement and reporting, and a deep understanding of the business goals and potential customers to drive awareness and engagement. This role will utilize Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, and other automated systems to facilitate a “buyers journey.” In this metrics driven role, the focus will be creating a dynamic go-to-market strategy for multiple business lines using integrated strategies including digital, social, and advertising to drive the growth of top of the funnel sales leads. This position will also be expected to participate and drive strategic thinking and marketing research to identify new marketing channels and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an overall strategic marketing plan and align marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments.
- Leverage integrated channels for lead generation and brand development including social strategy, digital marketing, and paid advertisements.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
- Create and oversee company analytics and reports to contribute to the strategic direction of the marketing strategy, sales, and product creation.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on determined KPIs.
- Manage WordPress including editing web copy, blog content, and update new features to site as needed.
- Manage Hubspot including automations, drip programs, campaigns, reporting, integrations, landing pages, call-to-actions, monitoring, and upkeep of platform components; streamline and upkeep of integration with Salesforce.
- Establish scalable processes that ensure programs are aligned to drive demand and accelerate MQLs.
- Collaborate with sales team to foster open communication and a collaborative approach aligning sales/marketing strategy.
- Digital (& live when applicable) event management including registrations, day-of event support, and post-event follow ups.
- Perform customer and broad market research and analysis to inform go-to-market strategy and drive engagement.
- A candidate with experience in additional digital platforms such as YouTube, podcast production, and video production is preferred, but not necessary.
Qualifications for Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing-related field
- Advanced experience of best practices in B2B & B2C marketing automation, demand generation, and marketing to sales pipeline nurturing.
- Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing programs with the ability to incorporate email, events, webinars, digital, social, and video to drive ROI.
- Competence as a creative writer with the knack for quick turnaround and application of constructive criticism.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize work under pressure and multi-task competing deadlines.
- Ability to work across with many cross-functional teams for a singular goal.
- Sound professional judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset leading to a strong ability to adapt and learn.

Bookkeeper/Accountant
The Bookkeeping/Accounting specialist will undertake a variety of professional level accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling moderately complex financial transactions, statements, records, and reports across multiple business entities. You will maintain the accuracy of the ledgers and financial systems; assist in the preparation of budgets, annual audit, taxes, and year end closings.

How you will do it:
- Day to day management of Quickbooks, including preparation and review of all transactions and ledgers
- Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis
- Ensure that bank and balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines
- Ensure accounts receivable objectives and metrics are met
- Prepare and review monthly sales payouts and run firm-wide payroll
- Continually improve and optimize firm financial systems and processes
- Create unique analytics and reports to contribute to the strategic direction of the firm
